The phoenix bird has been around for many years it is the symbol of resurrection. The egyptians believed the Phoenix symbolized the sun "Ra". The Phoenix represents many different cultures, Greek , Roman and Chinese. the Phoenix represents half of yin and yang and is China's 2nd most important creature, second to the dragon. Due to its relationship with the resurrection of Jesus it also represents Christianity.
