Does The Traffic/activity Count On Our Own Faa Sites?

Other people's comments, favourites, and likes on your work do count on the internal search, yes.

Your own comments, favourites and likes on your work, don't.

I know (learned from you) that our own fav and likes don't count.

However our own comments in my opinion should increase a little the activity, like as an example for an image uploaded long time ago and forgotten ...
can my own comment bring a little life to it?

Internal or external, should be the same, since our sites are alive on the internet, and searchable by all SE's... am I wrong?

PS: I just added to the top text "inbound links" do they count on this case?

There are lots of different searches out there. Ours is just one and runs on our own rules. Comments, favourites and likes help raise the image in searches here

Google, and the other 20 or so searches who index us, don't use likes comments and favourites as they are internal

Yes, commenting on your own images will raise awareness of them in the activity and yes, this may... And the operative word is here is may, show them up to indexers off site, but the activity again is more internal. It will show on anyone who is following you so will remind them of the image, which may, in turn, bring more comments...
